Stuffed matcha dates

Ingredients

- Medjool Dates

- Yukai matcha

- White chocolate

- Peanut butter (optional)

- Sea salt

Directions
  1. Take out the seeds of the dates.
  2. Break the white chocolate and melt until
    smooth.
  3. Fill the dates with peanut butter.
  4. Add ½ or 1 teaspoon of Yukai matcha, Mix, mix
    mix!
  5. Put the dates in to the matcha/chocolate
    mixture, you can do this with a spoon.
  6. Add a little sprinkle of sea salt and/or
    crushed peanuts and let it chill in the fridge for a bit. Enjoy!
